| Sue Birch, Executive Director, Northwestern Colorado Visiting Nurses
Association, Steamboat Springs, makes a point at the West Slope Forum.
Birch is Chair of the West Slope Club 20 Rural Health Committee. She is
also a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Fellow, President Elect of HCAC,
and a newly appointed member of the National Advisory Committee on Rural
Health and Human Services of the U.S. Health Resources and Services
Administration.
