How Members are Using the Data and What They Say About the Service

"I really love the information because I can look at trends over time and improve our processes. I will use the data at staff meetings, public education meetings and for marketing purposes. I will also use the data for our professional advisory meetings. We have a lot to celebrate with our outcomes. In our staff meetings we will be able to show the nurses and therapists that OASIS data gathering done correctly does make a difference. With any dips in our percentages we can track back to why it occurred."  1/02/07

We have received the informative quality reports and found that the graphics, color, and most of all the information really brought together the facts for us in a one page simple format. In the busy world of home care management, it is so important to have up to date, easy to read, information provided at the right time. As the administrator of a multi-branch agency I found the information helpful and easy to then email out to my clinical managers in order to provide them feedback. In so many situations we find ourselves drowning in information but these reports summarize in a quick snapshot what you need to know about your outcomes!  Thanks!" -- 8/8/06
