State Representative Jack Taylor visits with a homebound client at a recent
HCAC-sponsored home visit in Steamboat Springs.
The visit was arranged by HCAC Board Member Sue Birch of the Northwest
Colorado Visiting Nurse Assn.

Rep. Taylor reviews challenges and budget needs with staff managers
of the NW Colorado Visiting Nurses Association prior to a discussion with
area social services providers.
