The Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) is the CMS-contracted Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Colorado Medicare beneficiaries.  Services include consultation, education and intervention activities in quality improvement (QI) across all health care settings. In the home health setting, CFMC provides technical assistance to Colorado home health agencies for Outcome-Based Quality Improvement (OBQI), which process is based on aggregate data from OASIS reports.
