14, 2010 The Home Care Exhibit Hall will be located in the Heritage Ballroom and East Pre-Function area at the Antlers Hilton Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Colorado Springs Airport is just 15 minutes away and it's an easy one hour drive from Denver International Airport. The hall is carpeted and will contain approximately 45 Exhibit Booths and Tabletop Displays.

Premier display spaces will be assigned to HCAC Sponsors. Reserve your sponsorship now! Exhibit Booths / Tabletop Exhibits All exhibiting companies will have a photo of their booth with a link posted on HCAC's 24/7 Virtual Trade Show for 12 months. Exhibit Booths are 8’ wide by 6’ deep, with an 8’ high back curtain and 3’ high side curtains. Standard equipment includes one 6’ x 30” skirted table, two folding chairs, a wastebasket and one identification sign.
Tabletop
Displays include one 6’ by 30” skirted table. Standard
equipment includes the table, two folding chairs, a wastebasket and one identification sign. Your display materials must fit on top
of the 6’ x 30" table and within two feet in front or behind your
table. If your display requires more than an 6’ x 4’ area, you
should purchase an Exhibit Booth. Fire marshal regulations require that all items stay within your designated display space and may not extend into aisles. If your display will occupy more than the allotted area, you must purchase an additional space. Exhibit space is limited and Contracts for Sponsorship & Exhibit Space will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. A minimum 50 percent deposit is required with your contract. Final payment must be received no later than April 15, 2010. A confirmation notice will be e-mailed to the contact person listed on your Contract for Sponsorship & Exhibit Space. For payment purposes, HCAC's tax identification number is 84-6085778.

Full
payment must be received at HCAC no later than April 15, 2010. If an
exhibitor fails to pay when due any sum required by the Contract, or fails
to perform any other term or condition of the Contract, or fails to
observe and abide by these guidelines, HCAC reserves the right to
terminate the Contract immediately without refund of any monies paid. If space is sold out, a waiting list will be developed in the order of requests received. HCAC will refund all monies received with the contract to any applicant for whom space is not available. HCAC will provide your display location at setup beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May 13, 2010. Spaces will be assigned on a first-receipt of contract, first-served basis with due consideration to utility requirements and all other matters related to the successful conduct of the exhibits. HCAC sponsors will be assigned premier display spaces. Reserve your exhibit now! Each exhibiting company will be sent an Exhibitor Service Kit from HCAC’s official service contractor soon after April 1, 2010. The Service Kit will contain information on how to arrange for:

ensure service. Please Note: The Antlers Hilton Hotel is unable to store exhibit displays or merchandise. Additional charges will apply for all boxes shipped directly to the resort. The Home Care Exhibition registration and set-up will begin on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. All unloading and set-up must be complete by 11:00 a.m. The Exhibit Hall will officially open for Convention attendees with a lunch buffet at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 13th and close at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 14th.
Exhibits
are to be kept intact until the official closing of the Exhibit Hall at
10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 14th. If an exhibit is not removed by 1:00 p.m., HCAC
will remove and store the exhibit at the expense
of the exhibitor. We ask that you please adhere to these set-up and teardown times and that there is no set-up or removal of exhibits during Exhibit Hall hours. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in restriction from future HCAC exhibitions. As an added benefit of your participation in the HCAC Convention, your company will be recognized in the 24/7 Virtual Trade Show on HCAC's web site at no additional charge. HCAC Convention & Exhibition will be held at the Antlers Hilton
Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The hotel has reserved a limited block of
guest rooms at discounted rates for HCAC.

In lieu of door prizes, we ask that you consider donating a gift item for HCAC's Fund-Raising Silent Auction. The Silent Auction will be held in the Exhibit Hall and proceeds ensure that HCAC will be able to continue its strong advocacy efforts as well as many worthwhile programs that promote professionalism in the home care, private duty, HME and hospice industry and provide the highest quality care for our clients. There are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. HCAC reserves the right to refuse to rent space to any company whose display of goods or services is not compatible with the general character and objectives of the exhibit. Exhibitors are prohibited from assigning or subletting any part of the space allotted to them, nor shall they exhibit or permit to be exhibited in their space any merchandise or advertising materials which are not a part of their own regular products, or which are not compatible with the character of the HCAC Exhibition. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting or sponsoring company to obtain the appropriate copyright permission and/or music licensing for all items at its display. Neither HCAC, nor its members, officers, staff and management company (Caruso Group International), nor the Antlers Hilton Hotel and their representatives and employees will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor's employees or property whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. It is understood by the exhibitor that the nature of the facilities available, the presence and circulation of large numbers of people, the numbers of removable articles in many displays, and various other factors, make it mandatory that each exhibitor shall assume the risk of any such injury, loss or damage. The exhibitor, by completing this Contract, thereby assumes such risk and expressly releases the above-named parties from all claims for any such loss, damage or injury.
The
furnishing of security shall not be deemed to affect the non-liability
of the above-named parties nor to modify in any way the assumption of
risk and release provided for them. If insurance is desired, it must be
obtained by the exhibitor. In case said premises shall be destroyed by
fire or the elements or by any cause, or in the case of Government
intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or if any other
circumstances make it impossible or inadvisable for HCAC to hold the
Convention and Exhibition, then and thereupon the Contract shall
terminate and the exhibitor shall waive any claim for damages or
compensation, except the pro rata return of amounts paid for space,
after the deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the
Exhibit, and there shall be no further liability on the part of either
party. It is recommended that exhibitors obtain adequate insurance coverage at their own expense for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.
