If you need to secure overnight accommodations for Thursday, please contact the Doubletree World Arena Hotel at (719) 576 - 8900. The Doubletree World Arena is located at 1755 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. in Colorado Springs. The rate currently offered is $124 per night.

Registration Policies
Registrations are for one person only and may not be split between two or more persons.

Employees and board members of HCAC member agencies and organizations may register at the HCAC Member rate. Non-Colorado Region VIII guests are invited to register at the HCAC Member rate.

All registrations submitted electronically, postmarked or faxed after Tuesday, April 29, 2010, will be charged an additional $20 per person.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to the HCAC office, 7400 East Arapahoe Road #211, Centennial, CO 80112; fax (303) 694-4869; hcac@assnoffice.com.

Written requests for refunds received on or before Thursday, April 29, 2010, will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee; fees are nonrefundable after this date.

There are no refunds for no shows. Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellations; please phone the HCAC office at (303) 694-4728, ext. 10 to change the name of your registrant(s).

Confirmation
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address listed on your registration form after April 29, 2010.
