Registration Policies
Registrations are for one person only and may not be split between two or more persons.

Employees and board members of HCAC member agencies and organizations may register at the HCAC Member rate. Non-Colorado Region VIII guests are invited to register at the HCAC Member rate.

All registrations received after Thursday, April 23, 2009, will be charged an additional $20 per person.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to the HCAC office, 7400 East Arapahoe Road #211, Centennial, CO 80112; fax (303) 694-4869; hcac@assnoffice.com.

Written requests for refunds received on or before Thursday, April 23, 2009, will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee; fees are nonrefundable after this date.

There are no refunds for no shows. Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellations; please phone the HCAC office at (303) 694-4728, ext. 10 to change the name of your registrant(s).

Confirmation
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address listed on your registration form after April 23, 2009.

Convention Location & Accommodations

The HCAC Convention & Exhibition will be held at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort and Spa in Vail, Colorado. The hotel has reserved a limited block of guest rooms at discounted rates for HCAC. Discounted hotel room rates are available only until April 22, 2009. The group rate and room availability cannot be ensured after this date.
