ACS-Fiscal Agent
for Colorado Medicaid ACS is the fiscal agent for the Colorado Medical Assistance Program. ACS has been the agent since 1998. We are contracted by the State to administer State directed Medical Assistance Program billing and payment policy. As the fiscal agent we: process claims; perform provider services and prior authorization review; enroll providers for EDI (Electronic Claim Submission); and Maintain the MMIS computer system.
