Silent Auction

HCAC's 2005 Convention & Home Care Exhibition will feature a well-rounded program designed for home care, hospice and HME managers, executives and clinical staff.

The Convention will begin on Wednesday morning with a keynote general session "Executive Charisma: Six Steps to Mastering the Art of Leadership" by Debra Benton, an internationally recognized communications and interpersonal relations expert. Concurrent education sessions will follow, with tracks designed specifically for managers and clinical staff.  The Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall will take place during lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday afternoon will feature a second general session, "The Magic is in the Mix: The Top Ten Techniques of Highly Effective Home Care Marketers" presented by Stephen Tweed, well-known home care business development and marketing consultant. Two more concurrent education sessions follow and the day will end with a reception in the HCAC Exhibit Hall. 

Thursday will begin with a breakfast buffet in the Exhibit Hall followed by an informative general session on "Pay for Performance" and a full day of concurrent education breakouts. The HCAC Annual Meeting and Issues Forum will feature popular presenter Bill Dombi from the National Association for Home Care & Hospice on "National Issues in Home Care." The Home Care Exhibition will be open for continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments, closing at 1:30 p.m. The convention will adjourn at 5:00 p.m.

The Convention Planning Committee is committed to making this year's program one of the finest education and networking events for HCAC members. If you have ideas to enhance the program or suggestions to be considered, please share your comments with HCAC.

Registration Policies
Registrations are for one person only and may not be split between two or more persons.

Employees and board members of HCAC member agencies and organizations may register at the HCAC Member rate.

Non-Colorado Region VIII guests are invited to register at the HCAC Member rate.

All registrations received after Monday, May 9, 2005, will be charged an additional $20 per person.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing to the HCAC office, 7853 East Arapahoe Court #2100, Centennial, CO 80112-1361; fax (303) 694-4869; hcac@assnoffice.com.

Written requests for refunds received on or before Wednesday, May 4, 2005, will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee; fees are nonrefundable after this date.

There are no refunds for no shows. Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellations; please phone the HCAC office at (303) 694-4728, ext. 10 to change the name of your registrant(s).

Confirmation
A confirmation postcard will be mailed to you at the address listed on your registration form after May 4, 2005.

Ralph Pollock has more than 30 years of business experience in building and running businesses, strategic planning management consulting, facilitating corporate board retreats, mediating disputes and negotiating high-level partnerships and agreements. He has extensive experience with legislative and government affairs and the media and has taught in graduate school programs his entire professional career. He is a member of the leadership team of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry (State Chamber) and the Colorado Workers' Compensation Coalition, among others.
