Summary

Lisa
Selman-Holman, JD, BSN, RN, CHCE, HCS-D, COS-C is a home care veteran
with 18 years spent in home health and hospice, both as an RN and as an
attorney practicing exclusively in home care. She is the owner of
Selman-Holman & Associates, LLC, a full service home care consulting
firm. She is a Certified Home/Hospice Care Executive and is certified in
home care coding. She recently achieved the Certificate of OASIS
Specialty-Clinical. Lisa has taught home care coding to thousands of home
care professionals across the country. Lisa is the technical advisor for
Eli Research’s Home Health ICD-9 Alert and is a frequent contributor to
Decision Health’s Diagnosis Coding Pro for Home Health. She is on the
Homecare Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D) national advisory board for
the Board of Advanced Medical Coding (BAMC) and is a BAMC approved
educator for the HCS-D certification exam.

The workshop will be held at Centura Senior Life Center, 1601 Lowell Blvd., Denver, Colorado (303) 899-5292. Directions: From Interstate 25, exit at Colfax. Go west approximately one mile to Meade. Go north on Meade 2 blocks. Park in the parking lot on the west side. Follow signs to the Centura Senior Life Center Auditorium. Parking: Free parking is available at Centura Senior Life Center in the lot on the west side. Lodging:

fees include workshop admission, education materials, continental breakfast, refreshments and
lunch. Registrations
postmarked on or before Friday, August 26, 2005, are eligible for the
early registration discount fee. Only
employees of HCAC members and agencies in our neighboring states
are eligible for the discounted fee. Registrations
