Rep. Todd joined the HCAC board of directors at its meeting on Feb. 14 to express her views and appreciation of home care and hospice and to listen to issues as seen by agency representatives. Rep. Todd co-sponsored the Home Care Telehealth bill in 2007 (upon which the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing has yet to act) and pledged to work to get that legislation implemented this year.

Agency leaders listened intently as Rep. Todd told of how home care and hospice was so beneficial to her family and how she intends to continue to advocate for the cause.
